SCOPE OF WORK AND BID SUBMITTAL:

Sealed bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the construction of the Chemical Feed Building project for the South Fork Water Board, Oregon will be received by Wyatt Parno, CEO, at the South Fork Water Board, 15962 Hunter Ave, Oregon City, Oregon until 2 PM local time on Monday, August 22, 2023. Bids received after this time will not be considered. All bids received prior to the due date and time will be publicly opened and read on the due date and time at the location bids are received.

The project includes:

• Construction of a New Chemical Feed Building and Meeting Room
• Complete associated site improvements shown on the plans and specifications,
• Perform additional work and incidental work as called for by the Plans and Specification.

OBTAINING SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS:

Solicitation documents may be obtained on this site by creating a new user account and registering for the project by selecting the link to add your name to the planholder list. PLEASE BE AWARE that once you register to be on the planholder list you cannot be removed; you will continue to get updates on this project during the duration of the bid process. However, you cannot view the solicitation documents without registering. General information including the planholder list is available to the public without registering.

Solicitation documents are also available for review at the South Fork Water Board, 15962 S. Hunter Ave, Oregon City, OR, Phone: (503) 657-5030, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.

Addenda, clarifications and notices will be distributed through this online planholder system; if you are not registered to be a planholder it will preclude you from receiving addenda. Potential bidders are responsible for ensuring contact information is registered correctly and that email updates are being received and not being sent to spam folders. It is in the best interest of potential bidders to check this website periodically to ensure all updates are received. PLANHOLDER LIST:
