SCOPE OF WORK AND BID SUBMITTAL:

Sealed bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the construction of the Magnolia Street Sewer Replacement (CI 23-010) Project for the City of Oregon City, Oregon will be received by John Lewis, Director of Public Works, at the Oregon City Engineering and Operations Center, 13895 Fir Street – 2nd Floor, Oregon City, Oregon until 2 PM local time on Tuesday, January 23, 2024. Bids received after this time will not be considered. All bids received prior to the due date and time will be publicly opened and read on the due date and time at the location bids are received.

The project includes:

• Construction of approximately 287 linear feet of 8-inch.
• Construction of one (1) 48” diameter manhole.
• Construction of three (3) sanitary sewer service laterals.
• Connection of three (3) sanitary sewer services.
• Perform additional and incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans.

OBTAINING SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS:

Solicitation documents are also available for review at the City of Oregon City, Public Works Department, 13895 Fir Street, Oregon City, Oregon 97045 (telephone: 971-204-4601), between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.

Addenda, clarifications and notices will be distributed through this online planholder system; if you are not registered to be a planholder it will preclude you from receiving addenda. Potential bidders are responsible for ensuring contact information is registered correctly and that email updates are being received and not being sent to spam folders. It is in the best interest of potential bidders to check this website periodically to ensure all updates are received. The City is not responsible for failure of bidders to receive notifications of changes or corrections made by the City and posted as stated above.
