SCOPE OF WORK AND BID SUBMITTAL:

Sealed bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the construction of the Linn Basin Sanitary Sewer I&I Rehab Project 1 for the City of Oregon City, Oregon will be received by John M Lewis, P.E., Public Works Director, at the Oregon City Engineering and Operations Center, 13895 Fir Street – 2nd Floor, Oregon City, Oregon until 2 PM local time on Thursday, August 24, 2023. Bids received after this time will not be considered. All bids received prior to the due date and time will be publicly opened and read on the due date and time at the location bids are received.

The project includes:

• 10,000 LF of 8-Inch to 18-Inch Mainline Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP)
• 10,000 LF of Lateral Rehabilitation
• 5 Open-Cut Spot Repairs
• 3 New 48” Manholes
• Grind and Inlay
• Perform additional and incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans

OBTAINING SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS:

Solicitation documents may be obtained on this site by creating a new user account and registering for the project by selecting the link to add your name to the planholder list. PLEASE BE AWARE that once you register to be on the planholder list you cannot be removed; you will continue to get updates on this project during the duration of the bid process. However, you cannot view the solicitation documents without registering. General information including the planholder list is available to the public without registering.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am, August 10th at the Oregon City Engineering and Operations Center, 13895 Fir Street, Oregon City, Oregon, 97045. Statements made at the conference are not binding on the City unless confirmed by a written addendum.

Solicitation documents are also available for review at the City of Oregon City, Public Works Department, 13895 Fir Street, Oregon City, Oregon 97045 (telephone: 971-204-4601), between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.

ADDENDA & CLARIFICATIONS:

Addenda, clarifications and notices will be distributed through this online planholder system; if you are not registered to be a planholder it will preclude you from receiving addenda. Potential bidders are responsible for ensuring contact information is registered correctly and that email updates are being received and not being sent to spam folders. It is in the best interest of potential bidders to check this website periodically to ensure all updates are received. The City is not responsible for failure of bidders to receive notifications of changes or corrections made by the City and posted as stated above.
