SCOPE OF WORK AND BID SUBMITTAL:

Sealed bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the construction of the 2024 Manhole Rehabilitation Project for the City of Oregon City, Oregon will be received by Kenny Cannady-Shultz, Project Engineer at the Oregon City Engineering and Operations Center, 13895 Fir Street – 2nd Floor, Oregon City, Oregon until 2 PM local time on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. Bids received after this time will not be considered. All bids received prior to the due date and time will be publicly opened and read on the due date and time at the location bids are received.

The project includes:

Rehabilitate the specified list of existing sanitary sewer manholes using chemical injection grouting and other repair methods as called for by the Specifications and Plans.

• Perform additional and incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans.

OBTAINING SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS:

PLEASE BE AWARE that once you register to be on the planholder list you cannot be removed; you will continue to get updates on this project during the duration of the bid process. Solicitation documents are also available for review at the City of Oregon City, Public Works Department, 13895 Fir Street, Oregon City, Oregon 97045 (telephone: 971-204-4601), between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.

ADDENDA & CLARIFICATIONS:

Addenda, clarifications, and notices will be distributed through this online planholder system. If you are not registered to be a planholder it will preclude you from receiving addenda. Potential bidders are responsible for ensuring contact information is registered correctly and that email updates are being received and not being sent to spam folders. It is in the best interest of potential bidders to check this website periodically to ensure all updates are received. The City is not responsible for the failure of bidders to receive notifications of changes, or corrections, made by the City and posted as stated above.
