SCOPE OF WORK AND BID SUBMITTAL:

Sealed bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the construction of the Downtown Public Restroom (CI 22-012) project for the City of Oregon City, Oregon will be received by Josh Wheeler, P.E., Assistant City Engineer, at the Oregon City Engineering and Operations Center, 13895 Fir Street – 2nd Floor, Oregon City, Oregon until 2 PM local time on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. Bids received after this time will not be considered. All bids received prior to the due date and time will be publicly opened and read on the due date and time at the location bids are received.

The project includes:

• Provide temporary traffic control.
• Construct approximately 90 LF of 4 and 6-inch diameter sanitary sewer.
• Construct one potable water service.
• Complete approximately 135 SY of permanent trench resurfacing and 385 SY of 2-inch depth pavement grind and inlay.
• Complete permanent roadway striping restoration.
• Install a complete and operational electrical service connection for the proposed structure.
• Complete site improvements for the Public Restroom including concrete pads and foundations, utility connections, placing and securing the new structure, railings and other miscellaneous improvements.

OBTAINING SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS:

Addenda, clarifications and notices will be distributed through this online planholder system; if you are not registered to be a planholder it will preclude you from receiving addenda.
