Request for Proposals for Procurement Software
The City of Milwaukie is seeking proposals from qualified software providers for a cloud-based procurement software to improve processes in the creation, editing, and execution of solicitation documents. The selected software will be used for posting all formal and intermediate procurements of goods and services for city projects and daily operations. Proposers must offer a full array of product solutions so that the City can grow and change with its procurement requirements.
The City is interested in a procurement software solution that provides all the functionality identified below by a single proposer. Detailed requirements are outlined in Section 3 of this solicitation. At a minimum, the solution should include the following functionality and features:
• Provide cloud-based access
• Ability to upload solicitation documents and bid submissions
• Automated notifications to users for addenda and other updates
• Question and answer feature for active solicitations
• Customizable categories and fields
• Ensure all actions enhance fair, open, and transparent competition
Proposals must be submitted to the City of Milwaukie, Attn: Kelli Tucker, Accounting & Contracts Specialist, at
tuckerk@milwaukieoregon.gov
. Proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m. PST, on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, for the purpose of selecting a proposal who evidences the highest level of quality performance and technical competence in their products and services. Proposals received after the deadline will not be
considered.
