Major Improvements include but are not limited to Extending the Existing Rear Portico, Replacing Existing Aluminum Siding, Replacing Existing Window with 6' Wide French Door, (3) New Exterior Access ADA Restrooms, (1) New Interior ADA Restroom, New HVAC System, Landscaping Improvements, Miscellaneous Interior Remodeling, including New Offices, Breakroom and Finishes.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Welcome Center, located at 198 SW 6th Street, Grants Pass, Oregon, on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. local time. All bidders will be required to attend and sign-in on the mandatory pre-bid conference sign-in sheet.
All bidder questions due by Friday, December 22, 2023.
