The City of Grants Pass is soliciting sealed written qualifications from contractors with expertise and experience providing concession services.

PRE-PROPOSAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Proposer must not be disqualified by the City, the Department of Administrative Services or the State Contractor’s Board from bidding on public contracts.

2. Proposer must show familiarity with the City of Grants Pass and understanding of local baseball/softball leagues.

3. Proposer must have experience in providing concessionaire services for a minimum of two years.

POST-PROPOSAL QUALIFICATION

1. Proposer must be licensed pursuant to state law, and if awarded a contract pursuant to this RFP, proposer must register to do business in the City of Grants Pass prior to performing work under the contract with a City issued Business License.

1. Proposer must achieve Temporary Food Sales License, maintain Food Handler Cards, and follow any other laws pertaining to properly handling, storing, and serving food products to the public.

The City of Grants Pass reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals, to waive formalities or to accept any submittal that appears to serve the best interest of the City of Grants Pass.
