Description:

|
The City is seeking a qualified vendor for file scanning and destruction services. Qualified vendors would pick up boxes, scan documents, performs quality assurance, destroy files, and lastly provide a certification of destruction. The vendor shall accept and respond to pickup and delivery request from authorized City staff. Files will be available to pick up during the City’s regular business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Pick up locations may vary, but will all be in Grants Pass, Oregon.
