A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Parkway Fire Station, Training Room, located at 800 E. Park Street, Grants Pass, Oregon, on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. local time. All bidders will be required to attend and sign-in on the mandatory pre-bid conference sign-in sheet.

SPECIAL NOTE! The work shall be completed no later than sixty (60) calendar days (or no later than October 31, 2023), after a written “Notice to Proceed” is given to the Contractor by City.
