The City of Grants Pass is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified graphic designers for the purpose of executing an agreement for design, printing, and mail services. The proposed contract is for five years, beginning January 2023. The deadline for submission in response to this RFQ is Wednesday, November 16, 2022, before 3:00 pm local time.
