Description

Remediation and removal of Hazardous Materials at the Allison Guard Station on the Malheur National Forest. Hazardous material include Asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and Lead-based paints (LBP). There are 3 buildings that the hazardous materials will be removed from: Building numbers 1151 (884 Sq. ft.), 1152 (499 Sq. ft) and 1301 (954 Sq. ft). Disposal at C&B Sanitary Service, Burns, OR. Must provide demolition report. There will be Heritage monitoring during abatement and demolition work.



Work under this contract shall be accomplished as a turnkey operation. That is, the Contractor shall provide appropriate labor, equipment, safety and personal protective equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation needed to execute the removal and disposal of those hazardous material listed in the assessment report. This includes but is not limited to: completion of appropriate regulatory documents, such as hazardous waste manifests; coordination with appropriate State and Local agencies.
