This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 1240BK23Q0091 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Part 13.5. The NAICS code is 332999. The small business size standard is 750 employees. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items; the evaluation criteria stated in paragraph (a) of this provision are as follows: (1) Technical Capability to meet requirements stated herein, and (2) Price. Line Item Description: Supply and Deliver F.O.B. Destination

Specifications requested:

• Must be Round 32” diameter formed 3/16” steel fire ring, not welded.

• Must contain draft holes around perimeter.

• Height of Fire ring must be between 23” and 24”.

• Must have 1” flange around the lip for safety.

• Fire grate must be steel ½” diameter bars for grate and perimeter, swinging (not lift), be mounted on the outside of the fire ring, handle must not be able to move over the fire (only 180 degree movement), and require less than 5 lbs. of pressure to move.

• Fire ring must be able to be filled with aggregate 9 inches above the ground to meet ADA requirements.

• Fire ring must have three ½ inch anchor pins to secure in place with concrete.

• Must be finished with heat resistant, non-toxic black enamel paint.

Must be wheelchair accessible and meet all ADA guidelines

Quantity: 136 each. Delivered F.O.B. Destination. Required Delivery Schedule: The Government requires delivery between September 30, 2023 and December 1, 2023

Delivery Location: Delivery is required and should be figured into the final cost. The address is 10 Airport Way, Lakeside, OR 97449, which is the USFS Eel Creek Work Center. It is secured by a FS gate which can be opened with 48 hour prior notice.

Liftgate service is required.

Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) 48 hours in advance of delivery at (541) 271-6082 (o) or 541-280-4313 (c) . Packing and Packaging – Commercial: Material shall be packed for shipment in such a manner that will insure acceptance by common carrier and safe delivery at destination. Containers and closures shall comply with the Interstate Commerce Commission and Regulations, Uniform Freight Classification Rules, or Regulations of other carriers as applicable to the mode of transportation.
