This notice is for market research purposes only to determine the availability of potential firms with capabilities to provide the requirement described below.
Responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition and are due by 19 February 2023 at 17:30 Pacific Time. There is no anticipated release date or guarantee of a solicitation to follow for this requirement currently.
This is NOT a request for SF330s. Interested firms are invited to submit a capability statement of a maximum of two (2) pages in response, as well as any questions or comments they have on the information provided. Information provided will be reviewed for market research purposes only.
This does not restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach and is to assist the Government in tailoring the requirement to be consistent with industry standards and determine if there is an appropriate set-aside for this requirement.
NOTE: Do not include proprietary, classified, confidential or sensitive information in responses.
The Government will not pay for information solicited or provided in response to this source sought. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this sources sought.
DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:
The Department of Veterans Affairs is looking to obtain information on firms who can provide Architectural/Engineering services as summarized below to provide a complete design for a project to replace parts of the HVAC system at the VA campus in White City, OR.
This project requires the Architect Engineer (AE) to assess, inspect, and site verify the existing conditions and produce a complete design to accomplish the project. The project scope is to include architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, seismic, electrical, electronic security, communications systems. This project shall Replace existing HVAC systems at 10 locations on the campus, including at least three whole buildings. Design phase is 303 calendar days. AE will also be required to provide construction and post construction services.
