Portland VAMC requies two IRM 3860+ INFUSION PUMP MRIDIUM MR W/SP02 and accessories. See attached solicitation for details and quanties.



The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is soliciting to identify potential sources which can provide the following item:



SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS.




  1. Must operate on 115-120V AC (US) and battery.

  2. Entire pump and components must be non-magnetic and able to be used in a 3T MRI.

  3. Must have:

    1. Smart IV Pump Technology & Real Time SpO2 Monitoring

    2. 10 digit Keypad Entry

    3. Conventional IV pump design

    4. Nonmagnetic design allowing it to be placed up to the 10,000 Gauss Line

    5. Delivery Range of 0.1 to 1400 mL per hour with 0.1 ml./hr increments from 0.1 to 99.9 mL/hr and 1 ml increments from 100 to 1400 mL/hr.

    6. Easily expandable to a second channel with add-on SideCar™ module

    7. Have a long life Lithium Polymer battery

    8. Must use a vented 1057 Syringe Set with low priming volume for anesthetic and other syringe-based Drug Delivery

    9. Battery Capacity > 12 Hours at ≤125 mL/hr Rate

    10. Range of Volume to be infused from 0.1 to 999 ml.

    11. Range of Total Volume infused 0.1 – 9,999 ml in 0.1ml increments.

    12. Keep Vein Open Range adjustable from 1-5 ml/hr.

    13. Air in line detector must be >100 microliters

    14. Must be compliant with IEC 60601-1-1, IEC 60601-1-2, IEC 60601-2-24, ISO 9919, AAMI ID 26, UL2601.

    15. Must have a small form factor, and fit into the existing space available in the MRI gantry rooms without crowding or causing risk of patient or staff injury.
