The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, Property and Procurement Services (PPS), Incident Procurement Operations (IPO) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the number 1202SC23Q2710 for Inspecting, Testing, Washing (cleaning), Drying, and Rolling of Federal Government Fire Hose in support of the Redmond Air Center (RAC) Northwest Area Incident Support Cache (NWK), located in Deschutes County Oregon.

The Resultant contract, if any, will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Services Requirement Contract (Base Plus Four (4) Option Years).

This solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, 'Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.

This procurement is set aside 100% for small business concerns. Only offers from small business concerns will be accepted.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561990-All Other Support Services with a small business size standard of $16.5M.

The Contractor must be actively registered with no exceptions in SAM to be awarded any resultant contract.
