Description
1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 20, intends to solicit quotes for Wheelchair Transport services for the Portland VA Health Care System, Portland, Oregon. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is 36C26024Q0075.

2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 485991 (Special Needs Transportation) and the small business size standard is $19.0 Million. This procurement is being solicited in accordance with FAR Part 13 Procedures. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The Small Business Administration Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov will be used to verify SDVOSB status of Quoters. Uncertified SDVOSBs are considered deficient and will not be evaluated.

3. The intended contract period is Feb 1, 2024 through Jan 31, 2027.

4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contracting Opportunities website, https://sam.gov/.
