THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services:
Kitchen Hood Cleaning at the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (SORCC) White City, OR. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Kitchen Hood Cleaning Services at VA SORCC in White City, OR.
The NAICS Code assigned to this requirement is 561790 with a size standard of $9.0M.
Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated services are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Craig Brown at craig.brown7@va.gov no later than 09 May 2023, 3PM Pacific. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
SCOPE: Kitchen Hood Cleaning - Contractor shall provide VA SORCC with services to clean dirt and grease from hoods, exhaust ducts and fan systems (including pot, pan and serving line grill) in the Canteen (two) and Nutrition and Food Service (NFS) Kitchen (four), and the two teaching kitchens, one each in B207A and B239, for the contract period of 6/1/23-5/31/28. Contractor shall provide these cleaning services quarterly in June, September, December and March.
RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
