This Sources Sought Synopsis is for the Oregon Air National Guard, 142d Wing, Portland Air National Guard Base, Portland, OR, to identify sources in the Small Business vendor size under NAICS 236220 for addition/alteration construction as specified in the Statement of Work (see Attachments). The Project Magnitude is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. This is not a request for proposal or bid, or a solicitation, or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. No funds are available at this time.

The proposed project is outlined in the Statement of Work. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this project.
