THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.





The Department of Veterans Affairs, Portland VA Medical Center intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source to:

The objective of this sole source award is to establish a base plus two (2) Option years contract for Clinical and Technical Service support on the Alpha Omega Neurological drive (S/N 228), Navigation Workstation, and navigation software (Navigation Tools) located at Portland VAMC.





The NAICS Code for this requirement is 811210; the large business size standard is $30 million.





This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All information received by 11:59 PST on March 01, 2023 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Scott James, Contract Specialist at scott.james@va.gov. The email subject line shall state, “Intent to Sole Source Portland Alpha Omega Service Contract”. The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
