Amendment 0002 documents added in anticipation of Amendment 0002 release. New attachments include the following and are to be incorporated into the solicitation:
- Attachment 8 - Geotechnical Baseline Report updated to add missing boring logs, make editorial changes, and add historical photos.
- Updated Structural Drawings for a re-design of the piles.
- Updated Electrical Drawing to rescale for better clarity on all the electrical conduits in the project

The Dexter Fish Facility Upgrades Project will have major features improved, replaced and added to meet the criteria approved by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) and requirements set forth in NMFS’s 2008 Biological Opinion on the Corps’ Willamette Valley Project.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Period of Performance is anticipated to occur from March 2023 to November 2026.
MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: The estimated Magnitude of Construction for this project is betw een $25,000,000 to $100,000,000.
SOCIOECONOMIC: Unrestricted, Full and Open. The HUBZone 10% price evaluation preference w ill be applied as required.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this w ork is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $39,500,000.00.
