The contractor shall be on call to perform services, repairs, and modifications to the NWCPUD main building. Work is estimated at $10,000 per year. The contractor shall be able to respond “day of” for critical emergencies. Services may include the following: 1. Troubleshooting building electrical panels, receptacles, and outlets 2. Emergency requests to repair/replace malfunctioning systems 3. Routine maintenance 4. Modifications to existing systems (move outlets, lighting, etc.)

NWCPUD requires the contractual services of a qualified electrical contractor in a Master Service Agreement for a term of up to five (5) years for as‐needed service for the NWCPUD main building located at 2345 River Road, The Dalles, OR.

• Qualifications:
  The proposal bid form must be completed and signed by the person authorized to enter into contractual agreements on behalf of the proposer. Submission documents must include: 1. Oregon Construction Contractors Board License Number 2. RFP Bid Form (Exhibit A) 3. List of Experience and References (Exhibit B) 4. Sample Certificate of Insurance with: a. Worker’s Compensation & Employer’s Insurance b. Commercial General Liability c. Automobile Liability
