The City of West Linn is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional planning services in the completion of the Highway 43 Land Use and Neighborhood Connectivity Plan. The ideal consultant will bring: • Experience in long range planning processes • Experience with public outreach and engagement processes • Experience with writing development codes and design standards • Experience working with local government elected and appointed officials Proposal will be evaluated on the recommended approach to the tasks presented in the project scope, including an outline of a public engagement strategy, outreach methodologies, and proposed timeline.
