Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of hardware, software, and calibration of upgrades to an existing wind tunnel from AeroLab as a sole source because of its ability to meet compatibility requirements of an existing line of equipment. AeroLab is the manufacturer of the existing wind tunnel equipment and software and to upgrade the existing equipment to meet current standards, AeroLab is the only provider that can perform this work and provide the resources to make the system work. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
