Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Seaglider M-1 battery refurbishment kit from HII Unmanned Systems, Inc. as a sole source because the battery refurbishment kit must be compatible with the existing Seaglider M-1. This sole source is based on the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and compatibility requirements. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-015. Section 5.20 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
