The Columbia County Fairgrounds is a 60-acre fair and exposition center located in St Helens, Oregon. Among the facilities available at the fairgrounds are a pavilion building, multiple livestock barns, rodeo arena, ball field, raceway, and covered picnic area. The purpose of this project is to construct a pole barn and to
reroof up to 4 barns. Current plans are to use the pole barn for the livestock auction during the Fair and to rent it out for multiple uses the remainder of the year.
