Agency is seeking Applications from qualified Applicants to deliver bulk potable water throughout the State of Oregon to Oregonians affected by severe drought conditions, to survivors of a declared emergency who are being sheltered by the Agency, or to other individuals as determined by the Agency. Examples of the Services include, but are not limited to, delivering water along a residential route to water tanks for residents whose wells have dried up due to drought conditions, to a hygiene station to provide water for showers and handwashing in an affected emergency or drought area, and to a congregate shelter setting, such as a hotel or RV Park.
