Willamalane Park and Recreation District (Willamalane) is accepting sealed bids for construction services to prepare the surface of an existing standing-seam metal roof on the Bob Keefer Center, and subsequent installation of an overlay membrane system to resolve documented leaks in the existing roof. Existing skylights are to be replaced with OSHA-compliant units. Roof-top mechanical units and venting are to remain in existing locations and be incorporated into the membrane system.

Refer to the Certa drawings and technical specifications for an in-depth description of
the requirements of the project.
1. Preparation of the existing roof to remain, including targeted removal of the existing
assembly at the outer roof zone for perimeter nailers.
2. Thermoplastic membrane assembly overlay, including:
a. Rigid foam flute-filler insulation
b. Rigid insulation overlay
c. Rigid coverboard
d. Mechanical anchorage through the assembly, into the high flange of the
purlins
e. Thermoplastic single-ply membrane, induction welded at the coverboard
layer
3. New sheet metal gutters, integrated with the new roofing assembly.
4. Spray foam installation at the ridge condition before the closure of the new roof
assembly.
5. Transition of the new roof assembly at base of wall conditions.
6. New skylights to replace existing units.
7. Electrical modifications on Allowance where required at rooftop units.
