The Rogue Valley Council of Governments (RVCOG) is coordinating with others to restore natural channel hydrology and fish passage to a highly disturbed reach of Bear Creek located within the City of Medford, Oregon. This project will specifically evaluate a priority barrier identified in 2019 ODFW Statewide Fish Passage Barriers list in that section (an abandoned concrete utility line) by evaluating different design alternatives, selecting a preferred alternative, and completing the design.
