MMRC Records Abstractor Services will review records from a broad scope of case sources both medical and non-clinical; to abstract records relating to the decedents, identify relevant events that led up to and surrounded each death, prepare written case narratives about these cases, conduct caseload data entry into secure data systems accompanied by the generation of a case narrative, present findings to the Committee and serve as the clinical expert to support the Committees' work.
