CITY OF OREGON CITY SEEKS PARKING EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, AND SERVICES FOR PARKING KIOSKS AND REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING KIOSKS. Proposals Due: 4:00 p.m., Friday, October 21, 2022. INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS; The City of Oregon City seeks proposals from vendors to provide Parking Kiosks, replacement of existing kiosks, service, management software, field enforcement, and office processing. Qualification packets will be received until Friday, October 21, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. local time. Packets may be submitted electronically via email to Kelly Dilbeck at kdilbeck@orcity.org with a limit of 7MB or in hard copy. For the hard copy submittals, qualification proposers are encouraged to use recycled paper and 2-sided printing wherever possible.

Qualification proposers shall deliver five (5) copies of the package to:

All qualification proposals become part of the public file for the project, without obligation to the City of Oregon City. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals for good cause, in the public interest, and is not liable for any costs incurred by the contractors in the proposal preparation or presentation.
