General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:
State: OR
City: Corvallis & Philomath
Delineated Area: Corvallis City Limits (Excluding CBD) and Philomath City Limits
Minimum Sq. Ft.: 13,500
Maximum Sq. Ft.: 16,500
Space Type: Other: Wareyard
Full Term: 120 Months (10 Years)
Firm Term: 60 Months (5 Years)
Option Term: 2 – 5 Year Options (10 Years Total)
Additional Requirements:
Secured fencing is required prior to occupancy. Security lighting and wareyard cover is desired.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space must meet all applicable federal, state and local codes. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
