U.S. GOVERNMENT



General Services Administration seeks to lease the following office space:

City: North Bend

State: OR

Delineated Area: City limits of North Bend

Minimum ABOA Sq. Ft.: 1,000

Maximum ABOA Sq. Ft.: 1,100

Space Type: Office

Full Term: 10 years



Firm Term: 8 years



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is not required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance
